Safari Morocco Trips provides travel and tour packages within Morocco. Our services include guided tours, trip planning, and related travel experiences as described on our Site. 3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

a) Booking Process: All bookings are initiated by contacting us through the "Chat on WhatsApp to Book" feature available on our Site. A booking is considered confirmed only after we have acknowledged your request and you have received a confirmation from us.

b) Payments: Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment deadlines, will be communicated to you via WhatsApp or email during the booking process. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the specified due date.

c) Pricing: Prices listed on the Site are per person unless otherwise specified and are subject to change without notice. The price for your chosen trip will be confirmed at the time of booking.

d) What’s Included/Excluded: Each trip page details what is included and excluded in the price. It is your responsibility to review this information carefully. Safari Morocco Trips is not responsible for any expenses not explicitly listed as "included."

e) Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation by You: Cancellation requests must be submitted to us in writing (via email or WhatsApp). Cancellation fees may apply and will be based on the date we receive your cancellation notice. The specific fee structure will be provided during the booking process.
  • Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political instability). In such an event, we will offer you the choice of a full refund for all payments made to us or an alternative trip of comparable value.

4. Your Responsibilities

a) Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. Your insurance must cover personal injury, medical expenses, trip cancellation, and personal property. You must provide proof of insurance upon request.

b) Health and Fitness: You are responsible for ensuring you are in good health and have the physical fitness required to participate in your chosen trip. You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.

c) Travel Documents: You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, including a valid passport and any necessary visas for entry into Morocco.

d) Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and customs of Morocco during your trip.

5. Limitation of Liability

Safari Morocco Trips acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the act or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour. You agree to assume all risks associated with your travel.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Nomad Morocco Trip and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any legal action shall be brought in the competent courts of Morocco.
